I can't fault the staff in this resort. I had strained ankle and had to use crutches to walk. The staff offered to trolley me every morning and evening from car park to my room. They were so helpful as well to deliver breakfast to my room every morning. Top mark for hospitality and kindness.

It is a beautiful property. Well maintained and a balance between nature and culture. Location is great as most places in Ubud are walkable.

Everything was amazing! We had a suite and it was comfortable, very big balcony and bathroom. Everything was clean. Breakfast was alla card with many choices and big portions. The hotel also rent scooters (100k a day). Good value for money.
