Myself, daughter and a friend shared the bunk beds room, we really enjoyed our stay, from the friendly staff, beautiful view, delish food, breakfasts were amazing.. and cozy and comfortable beds with plugs to charge phones next to each bed... Neat, tidy and loved the outdoor shower and location was spot on... Gede and staff, well done, you exceeded our expectations..

This hotel is amazing. The rooms, pool areas and beach side restaurant are stunning. The food at the restaurant was so delicious with plenty of options and all staff members were very attentive and friendly. The spa treatments are excellent and in such a beautiful setting. The beach is with clear waters and mountain views. The location is great with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Can’t wait to go back!

The room (upstairs) was very spacious and beautifully decorated! We loved the water refill station in the room and the wooden interior. The location is great, there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The coffee was amazing and we loved to relax at the beach shack after exploring the island. The staff is always friendly and very helpful! Totally recommend :)

When we first entered the room we knew it was for us. Surrounded by foliage and flowers with an open plan environment. The room was perfect for our family of 5, even our baby that has just started walking was manageable here. There is a wonderful panoramic view from the loft, where you can see the volcano and the bay. We did the cooking class, our kids really enjoyed it and the Jackfruit curry was excellent. The yoga class in the morning really brought happiness to the rest of the day, a wonderful breakfast, beautiful gardens to explore and an amazing snorkeling beach just down the road made the entire weekend one to remember. Thank you to the Bloo Lagoon team! Your establishment is certainly one of a kind and truly magnificent. I hope we can come back soon.

To be fair, everything was great at this accommodation. The room was spacious, clean and well designed. The balcony was also very nice and the view over the pool was lovely. The swimming pool area is very nicely done and it's a great place to hang out and relax. The hotel is overall very well designed, very classy and beautiful. The location is great as well, plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within 2-3 mins walking distance. Thanks to its design, even though it's in a very good and bustling location, the rooms are quiet and no outside sounds reach them.

Even though we arrived 2am they took the time to receive us with a lovely cold drink and showed us all the facilities. I was very impressed by their kindness and friendliness. The resort itself is immaculate, with beautifully maintained grounds and stunning attention to detail that reflects the essence of Balinese charm. The food is absolutely delicious, showcasing fresh, flavorful ingredients that are very tasty and made all a delightful experience. If you value personalised service and an intimate atmosphere over the scale of a large resort, Klumpu Bali is the perfect choice. It’s a tranquil and beautiful haven where you can unwind in style and comfort. Overall, this is a five-star experience in every way. It’s a wonderful peaceful oasis in Sanur, beautifully landscaped and calm. We stayed in both a suite and a villa and enjoyed our stay in both - but the villa was really a luxurious treat. The staff were all top notch and so helpful. We’re going back!!
