The manager Gidi and his staff Habibi ( one I remember) will make it so friendly for you that can spend half of the day talking to these guys and ofcourse enjoying location. Location is 10/10 and yet staff is one up the location.

The island is gorgeous, quiet compared to some areas of Bali, hardly any traffic. This hotel is so stylish and intimate, we loved the restaurant right on the beach and all the design elements. A pool near the beach is great, and also the pool by the spa was lovely and quiet, we had it to ourselves most days.

We really like its incredible atmosphere and privacy that Klumpu Bali Resort offers. Staff was always very polite and helpful in every way. The Villa was very clean, spacious and cleaned twice a day. Pool area was also beatiful and great. A complimentary afternoon tea with the dessert was veeeery nice as well as afternoon's sweet surprise in the room :) Breakfast could be ordered to the terrase via whatsup which was really comfortable. Location is really good - close to restaurants, car/motorbike rent, shops and beach as well. Everything was just few steps away. Everything and everyone there was perfect. Thank you for an exceptional stay, for us it was just top experience. It is a piece of paradise!

My mom and I stayed in one of the non-private villas and we had such a lovely time there. It was such amazing big suite with an amazing bathroom. It is close to so many things and the location provides free transportation in the Sanur area, even though a lot can be walked as well, it was very convenient. We were welcomed by such attentive staff and the complementary afternoon tea was so nice. It felt like a little paradise and totally wished we could have stayed longer.

Amazing staff! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Nice room and amazing grounds. There was also a wonderful Long Beach to walk on.

Breakfast and dinner were very good. Better than the rest of the options outside of the hotel. Generous portions. Hotel was directly on the beach.

We were upgraded from a duplex to a family room which was fantastic. Indeed within the family room there was a table and a small room with 2 single beds where kids could sleep with a door which is more friendly as parents and felt less risky than the stairs in the duplex room. Buffet breakfast was fantastic as usual. Extremely friendly staff all along. Great to have a reserved area at the beach for the 1o1 hotel. We like this hotel so much it was the 3rd time we went for the week-end!
