Really great and quiet location un the outskirts of noisy and hot Medan city. Large and grean territory, excellent restaurant, always friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast boxes were provided in case of early departure even in case of late arrival and closing restaurant. Kid's shoes were repaired for free. Parking is provided, breakfast is really delicious. The hotel could be recommended as start point for trips through Northern Sumatra or as an intermediate point for tourists as well as for brief business visits.

Grand City Hall Hotel & Serviced Residences is situated in the heart of Medan. It is next door to the Bank Indonesia Complex.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cambridge Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us promptly. Their helpfulness was invaluable, especially since we don't speak Indonesian. Most of the staff members were fluent in English, making communication easy for our family. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and the clean and inviting atmosphere made the dining experience even more pleasant. The hotel's strategic location is a major plus. Their executive room is the best value in Medan and beyond. Breakfast is very rich, they have a business center too, not sure why the hotel is only 3-star, maybe due to it's relatively small size or the immediate surroundings (location is centric but outside street is a bit dusty and hectic). But the experience is 5 star, at least when staying in an executive room.

Swiss-Belinn Medan is in Medan’s Central Business District, steps away from the famous Selat Panjang food stalls. It offers a restaurant, spa with massage services and free Wi-Fi in public areas.
