We ended up having to get to Bali a couple of days earlier than expected, and booked Sal's. The room was great with a private open shower, and just a few steps to the pool. Sal's is out of the way and quiet, but central (and walking distance) to all the great beaches, restaurants, cafes and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist us whenever they could. We would feel very happy to book Sal's again.
