We got a free upgraded room right opposite the club lounge. Lovely breakfast amazing variety, so peaceful and relaxing. Venue was so clean and modern. Shower and bath were amazing . Bed was so big !!

The customer experience in this hotel is incredible ! Check-in was very smooth, luggage were brought to our rooms. The staff is very friendly ans helpful with any requests.     I rang the hotel and asked could they organise a little something something for my sister as she was 40. She was overjoyed when we entered our room on what was waiting for her and a lovely hand written card. Would definitely recommend this hotel, staff also very friendly and food gorgeous in restaurant.
