Ahemad who checked us in, was absolutely a delight, took care of every request without hesitation, went out of his way to ensure we had an absolutely wonderful time.......A beautiful boutique hotel...very charming...excellent location. Parking was easily available. Beautiful rooms with outstanding art...spacious and clean. The terrace is absolutely beautiful as are all the outdoor areas. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with a lovely, lush garden in between the stone buildings of the estate. Ample free parking was available on site. The service was superb, all staff were helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was rich and tasty, and there was a selection of vegan items available upon request. Complimentary beverages and water bottles were stocked daily in the room, and having a Nespresso coffee machine complete with capsules in the room was lovely. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the approaching Christmas holiday and the festive atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We enjoyed drinks at the bar, which is comfortable and cozy, lovely for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

Super pleased with our choice. Had a wonderful time and would love to come back. Chose the hotel partly because of the beautiful, bright and characterful decor, which was very enjoyable. We liked the nice little touches which made it feel special and made us smile, e.g. the book corner which included the Genius of Arab Civilisation, the lovely welcome letter, the chocolates, drinks and treats in the hotel reception. Very welcoming, warm and helpful staff, especially Majdi and Suheir. Liked the proximity to local restaurants which we frequented, especially Bagel Cafe and Focaccia.

In the heart of Jerusalem, the YMCA Three Arches Hotel probably has the best location in town. Opposite the famous King David Hotel, it is a 10-minute walk from the Old City.

I am dairy and gluten intolerant and they could not do enough to accommodate me. I had a friend meeting me there for tea on her birthday and they very kindly made a plate with cake and happy birthday and all sang to her. I loved my stay as the staff were so helpful
