The staff are exceptionally wonderful and helpful. The 3 sisters who are the proprietors of the hotel are superb. So was Patrick, who is the skipper of the boat we asked the hotel to help us book. Everyone there literally treated is like family.

    Also this hotel had a beautiful terrace with flowers and plants. So cozy and cute. Absolutely amazing hotel. If you are looking for a hotel in Arbatax/Tortoli search no more. Beautiful rustical design, so beautifully clean and taken care of, amazing staff (reception, maids, etc) - everyone was so lovely, pleasant and caring with a smile on their faces. This hotel really made us feel we are welcomed, truly welcomed, not just out of politeness but truly from the heart of the employees.
