IMPORTANT: we made a mistake, we parked at the parking spots in the "passagio" thinking this is part of the hotel, but it wasn't and 2 windows of our car were broken and our stuff was stolen from thw car. The hotel's personnel was so empathic and kind to us that it helped a lot to overcome the problems related to that. Thank you very much, guys!!!

It was lovely hotel, from design of the lobby to the rooms. Room service was fantastic, they cleaned my room and organized my makeup stuff in the bathroom like no other place. Also the spa in the hotel was great. Breakfast is super delicious.

Great location of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic and abundant breakfast, a wide selection of products (fruits, pastries, cheeses, bresaola and much more). Moreover, everyday was offered free mineral water and juices. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return!
