The property exceeded our expectations. A beautiful Italian home with kitchen and beautiful traditional fireplace in the dinning room. The lovely bedroom above was perfect for us. However, the visit was made perfect by the hospitality of Francesca who met us and made us feel very welcome. The parking was also very easy.

Surrounded by 50 hectares of its own vineyards, Locanda Palazzone is just 5 km outside of Orvieto. It features a garden with swimming pool and panoramic countryside views.

The room was cozy and with a great balcony with amazing views to the lake. The treatment received was charming and familiar. We checked in late, and there was no problem. The decor was out of this world! Absolutely stunning place to stay, very luxurious at a great price. The particular suite we stayed had a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub which was a highlight. Also the reviews don't lie, the breakfast is quite the feast!

It’s hard to put into words how beautiful the breakfast was and how professional it was laid out in our very own sitting room. The host delivered our breakfast quietly while were while we were still asleep and when we woke up, they delivered our coffee. Everything was perfection From the yogurt to the fluffy omelette and the Molton chocolate muffin .

The position is fantastic, right in the centre, once you have parked your car in the garage, you can visit the whole historic centre on foot. Palazzo Riario is a very old building, 16th century, I think, but it was very comfortable, warm, we were there in November, full of character. Senor Renato was incredibly helpful with directions, helping with luggage, taking care of the car etc. The breakfast was very good, typically Italian with fresh cornetti , crostata , ciambellone and yogurt etc., the coffe is very good , we didn't go hungry. We also suggest going to Renato's Restaurant, excellent!!!
