Our daughter was staying here, before a problematic appendix saw her rushed in to hospital. The hotel could not have been more helpful. They booked her husband and my wife and Me rooms, were flexible about length of stay and created a real home from home. Very important at such a stressful time.

Beautiful property in Alpi Di Siusi with easy access to the hiking path. The hotel is equipped with hiking gears for the guests to use. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel has daily activities including Pilates core, stretching and aroma sauna sessions. The 3 restaurants on the property were all good.

With panoramic mountain views, Alpin Garden offers a wellness centre with an indoor pool. Bike rental is available and a free shuttle will take you to Ortisei and the ski slopes.

Everything!. The reception staff were really friendly and helpfull Lucas at check in was very informative and showed us around the hotel. Giulia at check out was very helpful and sorted an issue with the bill. The breakfast was excellent and staff were great. The location of the hotel is central. There is a underground parking. The facilities are great and open 24hrs. The place is just perfect!

Fabulous Hotel recently updated in 2018 with modern finishes. Everything was amazing - the Staff was over the top friendly and helpful, the bar area with fireplace and expert mixologists exceptional, nice afternoon tea, beautiful views, delicious restaurant for breakfast (need to book ahead to seat for dinner @30 euros/pp/4 courses, spa exceptional with heated pool, lounge, massage and rooms big with wonderful showers, toiletries (hyaluronic lotion) and wonderful outside area with hot tub, outside fire pit and balconies to view the mountain scape. We will return to stay here and spend more time in Castelrotto - a wonderfully idyllic location for experience and close proximity to ski slopes.

Staff are friendly. We were able to find almost everything we needed. The view from the outdoor poor is amazing and the indoor spa area is well equipped. Quality of meals from the kitchen is way beyond our expectations. Best breakfast I've ever had and dinner was good too.
