The hotel was lovely, we had a triple room which was spacious for 3 people. The staff were very friendly and so helpful. The breakfast is amazing! One staff member, Cristy, was exceptional in helping us get a lot of ice for a knee complaint for one of our group, she went over and above the call of duty to help. Thank you Cristy! Hotel is very close to bus stop and Metro is nearby. Restaurants nearby are lovely a night, a good buzz.

Novotel was the best experience, federico the front desk manager was an angel to us. I booked wrong dates and he accomodated me allowed me free cancelation and was fast as lightening. My 2 daughters loved the bar and friendly staff here. There will be no other place in rome i will stay. Also got free parking for 4 days i stayed here. The room was perfectly cleaned. It was just magical

The rooms are super clean with a big balcony. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Location is perfect as everything is reachable by metro and the metro station is about 300 meters from the hotel.
