Third visit in 15 years. Would have visited more times, but could not make reservations due to unavailability. Ideal location, love that it does not feel like a hotel, has discreet signage, and a lift! The decor, in each room is unique and do not have that bland, forgettable sameness, that is what passes for accommodations in most cities. The bathrooms are EXCEPTIONAL !

It wasn't as noisy at all as I thought, the location was great, the elevator was big, and all the staff were friendly. Checking in outside of check-in hours is so easy and simple! If I come back to Florence, I will definitely stay here again.
