The hotel is just excellent. The stuff is very friendly, everything is shining, room service was just perfect. The spa and pool was very clean and neat. The location is very convenient, close to all the main sights, though the neighborhood is very quiet.

I and my Wife stayed 22 nights at this hotel, I appreciated the good service and attention by Ms. Sarah and Mr. Antonio. Especially for their good recommendations to visit other cities. And their smiley welcome always. How to describe the location: a few meters away from Duomo (Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore). Every night I and my Wife watch live opera performances at the square (Piazza del Duomo) from our window at the 3rd floor. And we had a dinner at Eataly Firenze downstairs. The apartment was clean and organized well. I included Antonio's warm picture in this message.

Bryan is excelent! Breakfast is very good, the breakfast room is not big but it has so many choise for breakfast no one can imagine! Bedroom is nice, all you need, free water and coffee everyday. Full amenities , very good care. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great location, very close to bus stops and the hop on hop off bus. So many little extras that make this hotel exceptional. Beautiful breakfast, free parking, happy hour and even a little gift at checkout. 100% would choose to stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling to Florence. About 20mins walk to the Ponte Vecchio and another 5 to the centre of town for other attractions

Perfect localization, set on a majestic street surrounded by grife stores. The building is a charm itself, preserving its tradition and elegance. Cleaning was good and the staff were very kind. Terrace is a must (despite the partially covered view). Very safe area, clean and beautiful apartment way a friendly staff (Ariana was very kind).
