The location of the hotel is fantastic. Near Saint Francis Church. The Staff is 5 stars: really helpful, very nice, always helping with anything needed and always friendly. The Hotel is beautiful with a positive energy and where you feel at home. It is new and everything really clean and cosy! The room was excelent, I stayed on 303. What a view! Fantastic! And was clean and so beatiful ans well decorated! This is by far one of the best hotels in Italy Despreensious but so elegant! Breakfast was vey good! Thank you! I really enjoyed being here!

The location is idyllic, the rooms well appointed with clever use of space and functions. The dining area is cozy allowing multiple groups to feel as though they are the only ones there.

Absolutely superb experience. Fabulous room, grounds and hotel immaculately clean and well maintained. Food superb and staff could not do more to help - very professional and friendly. This is a 5 star stay. I am fussy and could not find one fault.

The building is fascinating and the decor a clever blend of modern and old. The room was so comfortable and impeccably clean. The breakfast was more than sufficient and the extended breakfast room is nicely done. The location could not be better. This was our eighth visit since 2016. We will be back!
