The visit to Pietro's place was wonderful! His home is magical, filled with art, and you can feel that Pietro puts his whole heart into it. It is of the highest standard, with the owner considering even the smallest details. The place is very clean, quiet, close to the city center, and has a wonderful, unique atmosphere. The beds are comfortable, and the room includes everything you need (fridge, hairdryer, iron, etc.). Every morning, we were greeted by a rich breakfast with fresh bread. Pietro was very helpful and nice; it was a pleasure to be his guests!

Everything was perfectly fine, great communication with the manager, good breakfast, very clean place.

The hotel's location is excellent if you need to get to the airport quickly. It's literally a 3-minute ride on the FREE hotel shuttle. The hotel reception staff were incredibly polite and helpful. We arrived at 10:30 a.m. and it definitely wasn't check-in time yet, but we waited about 40 minutes and our room was ready. The receptionists didn't have to but they helped us check in quickly and efficiently and set off to explore the city as quickly as possible. Thank you for your kindness! The next day, the reception staff were also very friendly and printed out our boarding passes. Thank you again! The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and we definitely recommend this hotel!

Very good dinner one night in hotel restaurant with friends. Bar and reception staff very helpful and accomodating. The hotel is located in its own grounds and felt very safe. Easy flat walk to main railway station and historic centre. Wide selection of cafes and restaurants in the old town area of Bari. We like Mercure hotels but this is one of the best!
