Very nice and cosy hotel located by the lake shore! The view is just breathtaking and all the rooms have a lake view! Fantastic and very big balcony, very nice people at reception desk. Trully a place where we wish to come back ASAP!

The place is amazing! There you can play with their dogs, goats and have amazing time in the nature. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good! We recommend it and we look forward to coming back! :)

The property is gorgeous with a lot of history. Rooms are huge, amazing location, and the hosts Giovanni and Isabella are supremely hospitable. I couldn’t rate thiS place higher and I will return! What a nice place to cool off after a day at the lake / in the sun.

Beautiful view, all rooms were clean and with modern features & staff was really friendly and flexible around the check in/out, which is perfect for those visiting Lake Como or Italy for the first time! A great welcome pack was available when we arrived and prior to that we were given a lot of instructions which helped us find the property easily late at night.

16th century amazing Villa in a very good location especially if you are driving to Lake Como . Perfect flat with so much charm and character.Amazing interior ,kids play area .pool.breakfast,laundry options . Fully recommend for families would stay again in a heartbeat. Great find .
