The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, they are also able to arrange a taxi between fiorenzuola trainstation to the hotel which is very good. The breakfast is also quite good with a variety of food to choose from and the resteraunt is very high quality with staff who can all understand and speak english. I definately would come here again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The bed was a really good size for one person. The bathroom was nicer than I expected. Also, the clean staff were on top of everything. Generally, the room had been cleaned by the time I came back from breakfast.
