I initially considered giving a very low rating due to an unfortunate experience with Lady at Front Office member who was quite rude to my family and on the phone when we called her. However, I was very impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of the manager. His exceptional service encourages me to support his efforts. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Staff gave us key recommendations for our outings that made a significant differences. For example, instead of going to any spot on the beach, we went to a great spot with cleaner water and a sand bar for the kids to play on. Rooms were neat. AC was a great respite from outside adventures.
