Great location, especially for a short stay in Venice as it’s quite close to train station, 12 min walking, so everything is walkable distance. Hotel is very clean and cozy. Room was very comfortable and bed as well.

The room is beautifully decorated. A travel in time to Venice in the 19th century. The hotel location is so convenient, couple of steps from the center yet slightly away from the packed crowd. (1min walk from San Angelo station). The staff, and especially Lia, are so welcoming and heartwarming. She made our stay feels like home. We visited on Easter and the hotel surprised us with rose petals and Easter rabbit Lindt chocolate on bed. We totally recommend this hotel and we know we'd visit again.

The single room is quite small (maybe the only downside), but comfortable, cute and clean. The property also has a very nice garden. Unfortunately I had a very short stay so I didn't get to try the breakfast on the premise, but the staff was nice and asked me in advance if I wanted them to pack me something for the road.
