We had a wonderful stay at Smart Holiday Hotel during our trip to Venice. The hotel is cozy and perfect for a family vacation. Breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety — everyone in our family found something they liked. The beds were soft and comfortable, and we slept really well. The bathroom was clean, modern, and met all our needs. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Nice and comfortable room. Quiet place. Cleaning service just perfect. Wonderful breakfast. Reception very helpful by explaining how to plan the days in Venice. Actv-Tickets (tram, bus, vaporetti) to be sold at the reception. Bus station to the airport and train station Mestre just in front of the hotel. Tram station to Venice just 5 minutes away. In fact, it was the perfect hotel for us. Luckily we have chosen this one. We will go there again.

Excellent stay. The hotel was just opposite to the Venezia Mestre Station. Very easy to reach and convenient for travelers with bulky luggages like us. Room was exceptional and very modern. Even the room's system was hi-tech that we found it difficult to use at first. Short distance away from the Mestre Shopping District and many nice restaurant choices nearby as well. Very pleasant interaction at the check-in counter and very helpful indeed.

    The villa is lovely place, relaxing quiet garden and a nice swimming pool. Our room was really nice, much bigger than expected and sleeping there was lovely. The style and design of the apartment was really nice and I have to praise amazing hosts- the room was ready despite we arrived 2 hours earlier. Also they allowed kids to be in the pool outside official hours. Overall, the whole place is really charming and a bus stop for the connections to Venice is right in front of the house.

    Incredibly, closest to Venezia Mestre train station. This means not only comfortable taking trains but also a bus to Venezia airport. Affordable breakfast, can choose whether eat or not on the vey morning. Bathroom with a bathtub. Room designed antique buy not looked obsolete. Lots of bistoros, cafés, ristorantes nearby. Staffs were kind even to bad English speaking Asians. And they made rooms very clean.
