The position of the hotel is excellent, as you have the train station right in front of it and the bus station at 2 minutes of walking. Also, there is a restaurant attached to the hotel which is really convenient, especially if you arrive late. Our room was really nice, especially as Alessandro made us an upgrade, which we really appreciated. Thank you! :)

Room was quite big, everything was clean and in minimalistic setup, just as we liked. Breakfast was super tasty, with diverse options. We asked for a non-street facing room and were provided with such option. It was very quiet in the rooms and we had good sleep. Overall, we liked the stay very much.

The front desk staff was very helpful. They helped us with buying bus tickets and gave great instructions on which bus line to take ( number 6 or 6C )- where to get on and off ( Bus stop - Trieste Mazzorbo) We also bought the combo water vaporetto/bus tickets at the front desk. The staff was wonderful in helping us fix a train ticket error that I made. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable, with plenty of lights, outlets and space for our luggage. Overall a very good value and good place to stay when visiting Venice.
