Super clean, good furnished, bright and modern apartment. Ordered for 3 nights to 3 people, needed to add myself for the first one. Customer service fast fixed problem, bin very helpful in the process. The lady personally led us in to the apartment, and explained what and where to find.

The room was very well appointed and bed was very comfortable. The common areas were tastefully furnished. We loved the jasmine in the courtyard.

IMPORTANT: we made a mistake, we parked at the parking spots in the "passagio" thinking this is part of the hotel, but it wasn't and 2 windows of our car were broken and our stuff was stolen from thw car. The hotel's personnel was so empathic and kind to us that it helped a lot to overcome the problems related to that. Thank you very much, guys!!!

Fantastic hotel, colourful, stylish and comfortable. Great breakfast. Fantastic rooftop pool, at night there is a bar with a good view and excellent service. The person showing us to the tables at the rooftop bar realized we are from Estonia and even spoke a few sentences in Estonian with us. Very impressive.

It was very comfortable, close to the metro. Bernie was so very helpful with all his information. Only thing was the room was very warm for sleeping. But saying that l would rather be hot than cold. Beautiful place, would highly recommend.
