The property is so well-located just a few steps from the old town main entrance. Despite no parking (which is fully understood) Emio assisted us to move our luggages, his service-minded is unbeatable, that we've never experienced in our many years trip to EU. Our room is cute with large terrace, delicious breakfast, all meet our expectations. Emio showed us his new Grand Suite in nearby location, the room is so excellent with modern decor & on top amazing seaview that we would like to change room immediately, unfortunately not possible. Apart from the pleasant property, Emio is the main magnet to our impression. His top-rated service-minded is natural & incredible, he gave recommendations city info, restaurants, booked boat tour, communicated on pick up location to ensure our smooth experience. His service is just "BEYOND", no doubt why his property wins an awards. Strongly recommend.

It was nice, clean, great value and even having a wedding event in the facility we didn’t get any noise in the room. The staff was SUPER SWEET and they gave us a complete breakfast even if it was too early cause we had to drive to the airport.

The room was beautiful & spacious, especially for Italy, where most rooms are small. The bathroom was also spacious, with two sinks. The breakfast was excellent, with both cold food available & hot food made to order. It was served on the in a bright area on the top floor with nice views. The hotel staff were wonderful! They were very helpful to us when our train was canceled & we needed to stay another night.

The view from our room and the roof top was exceptional! Truly phenomenal panoramic view/location! The breakfast on the roof top was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic.
