The reception staff were very obliging and helpful. The room was clean and well laid out with a circular bed. Breakfast had a great selection for all dietary requirements. Good location near the town centre and train station.

Our premium rooms were great. Evening meal in the restaurant was very good and good value. Good breakfast included. Nice staff very helpful, booked transfer to port at desk.

The staff member who greeted us was fantastic. Very courteous and was a great help to book our transport to the cruise port the following morning. The breakfast served in the morning was exceptional. Highly recommended
