The location and the staff. Steps away from the beautiful beach. All of the staff are very helpful and always willing to accommodate us with everything. They always have a smile in their face, no matter what time is it. The coffee and breakfast is amazing. The view, from the breakfast area, is fantastic - overlooking the beach and the mountain on the other side. They welcomed us and our pet with open arms, even though we arrived late and checked out late. Dominique, the staff that assisted us during breakfast (we didn't get his name) and the rest of the staff are amazing. Also, another thing that I liked was everybody knows how to communicate in English, which made our stay pretty easy and memorable; most especially, we're tourists.

Wonderful location on the harbor. Comfortable bed, great rainfall shower and beautiful courtyard with pool and gorgeous mountain and sea view . Breakfast was amazing. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, with everything from parking to restaurant recs to our misplaced passport. Would 100% stay again.

Has everything, you need, Coffe, bakery, groceries, fruit and vegetables store, fresh fish - all within couple minutes of walk. Bus stop in front of accomodation, San Giuliano beach 200m. Appartment was clean and big enough, Outside "chillout zone" with outside grill.

Unfortunately, I apparently dropped my passport on the street before arrival at the hotel so my initial perception of this beautiful town and hotel was scarred by this scary and frustrating experience. In spite of my desperate state, everyone at the hotel was very kind and understanding towards my predicament and did everything possible to help me retrieve it (which I am happy to report, I did do). Our room and bathroom at the hotel were beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean with great attention to detail. The breakfast the next day included some home baked sweets and jams. The location was perfectly situated to visit the duomo. I highly recommend this hotel—go there, I don’t believe you will be disappointed.
