Excellent location in the city centre. We had a balconey overlooking the busy street below however the room was silent with soundproofed windows. Pietro was super helpful with recommendations for exploring Siena.

Great accomodation just 10 minutes wall from city center. Really kind staff that explained everything to us and helped with planing our trip to the city center. The room was spacious with luxurious view. The bathroom was fully equipped. The breakfast was kind of basic with ham, cheese, eggs, sweet pastry.

Wonderful accommodation in a historic building in the centre of Siena. Everything perfect, food of the highest standard. Staff excellent and always helpful. The Starshotels hotel chain is absolutely amazing.

Il Chiostro del Carmine is a restored 14th-century monastery, with great views of the countryside. It is less than 10 minutes' walk from Piazza del Campo. Rooms at Il Chiostro are large and bright.

Amazing place! Such a beautiful building and the location is perfect for exploring Siena. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is impressive and everything is very clean. We also found the bed extremely comfortable! Highly recommended!

Hotel perfectly located if you are arriving/leaving by bus and an easy walk to everything. I had booked a balcony room and was delighted to be upgraded to a view across to the Duomo. Spectacular view day and night from the room. The staff were incredibly friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There is free parking in the frontal street (have patience finding a spot) and you have a pleasant 8min walk to the Center district. There is a beautiful garden at the back of the villa, where you can enjoy breakfast and drinks. Our best impression due, is through the host/staff Paulo. He is such a friendly guy who helped us with guidance and recommendations. We felt like we are in good hands.

i loved how friendly the staff were, the breakfast was amazing and I loved the little touches in the rooms like the mini fridge was stocked with water, snacks and fizzy drinks!
