Our welcome was warm and genuine. The flats and common areas are tastefully decorated with tile and wood motifs. It's nice that the breakfast is included in the price because most places -- even so-called "B an Bs" -- charge 20 euros for a breakfast. Here, the breakfast was included and sufficient to start one's day of sightseeing, shopping and eating in Sorrento.

villa Oriana Relais has been, by far, the best accomodation we have stayed in during these 5 weeks trip along France and Italy. everything was great and well thought through: from the warm welcome, to the perfect room with amazing views, the most comfortable bed you can imagine, good quality toiletries. But what it is to be highlighted the most is the staff and the absolutely lovely owner, Maria. She is a pleasure to deal with and you can tell how much love and dedication she puts into this place. Another highlight of the place: They offer a breakfast buffet with great variety of sweet and savoury items, freshly made juice and coffee. Everything was amazingly tasty, fresh and home made with local products. We stayed there during the last day of the season, if not we will have 100% extend our stay! we hope to come back again !!!

    We loved how personable the staff were. This boutique hotel is perfectly small and caters to each and everyone one of its guests exceptionally. By far the best hotel we've stayed in ever, just because of service alone. One night the staff even helped us order pizza and set up the dining table for us to enjoy our meal. The breakfast and buffet was excellent as well. This is truly home away from home. The rooms and property and tastefully designs and very clean! We can't wait to be back
