Everything! Giovanna received us with great gentleness. We felt as we were at home. Our room had as an espectacular view to Isola Bella. We could walk to the Beach and to the centre of the City.

Loved everything!! Breakfast was perfect, made fresh and to order as well as some items on the buffet. Staff were so lovely!! Really made you feel welcome and remembered you as it is only a small boutique hotel. Perfect number of beds by the pool also.

The choice of food was great but the view from the breakfast area was incredible! The room had an amazing balcony with views over the sea.

Everyone in the staff was great, friendly and very helpful. Room was as shown in the pictures, and clean. The rooftop terrasse has a great view of the sea and the Aetna. We got a lucky and were there during an eruption, what an amazing experience!

Fantastic views and hotel is a pleasure. Staff are polished professionals. Very impressed with the facilities in the room. Robes, sandles, coffee machine, (description accurate) but the best thing was a great clothing steamer! I find that almost rare in Europe to have an iron in the room. So I was thrilled.
