basically everything was very good, friendly owner, friendly courteous staff. quietly located and very nicely renovated building. spacious room with large bathroom and excellent shower.

Phi Hotel Palio is located only 164 feet from the historic center of Asti, and its craft shops, and only 492 feet from the Central Railway Station.

The front desk guy saved me a parking space right in front of the hotel’s door with a cone. There were no parking spots anywhere else because of the farmer’s market. That’s customer service!! Great breakfast and great restaurant right across the street.

Warm welcome and a quiet, clean room were the highlights. The location is in the center of town with multiple cafes and shops within steps. Will certainly stay here again.

Breakfast was great, couldn’t have asked for better. Location was good as well. Parking was easy and convenient, and staff was friendly and helpful.

It was in a quiet area yet still walkable to the square and they also offered bikes. The hosts and staff were amazing (very warm and friendly) and the breakfast which was included was excellent. They also provided some great recommendations for local restaurants.
