Absolutely loved our stay, the gardens were beautiful, the location superb. Our room was lovely and really close to the pool for a swim. Breakfast was the best we had during our time on Sardinia and the staff were all amazing. We would most definitely stay again.

The hotel itself, the management and the stuff were very kind and helpful. It was an especially important thing in choosing this hotel that Nascar has an Eco label, the enironmental aspects are taken into consideration. The restaurant downstairs was also superb with the different fish choises we like very much. And the Vermentino vines! :)

This hotel is a really lovely family ran hotel with excellent facilities. The rooms are large with big bathrooms. The place is immaculate with the bedrooms refreshed everyday. The breakfasts are excellent with masses of choice. The pool area is lovely and even though it’s small we were there in peak season and it was mostly quiet as people are at the beach. The beaches are within easy walking distance. The bar at the hotel is open until midnight and there are good restaurants and cafes within an easy stroll. A lovely place in a less visited area of Sardinia. We also did a boat trip along the Orsei coast which was stunning and visited beaches with crystal clear water that can only be visited by boat.

Surrounded by Mediterranean bush, Il Vecchio Mulino is a 10-minute walk from Porto Frailis Bay.
