Great service, I had the option for early check in and when I arrived they respected my early check in. The process was easy and fast. All the members from the reception, waiter till the chefs are extremely kind and respectful. We had the best room for Petra's view. The room was clean. The food delicious (room service and breakfast). The place is only 3 minutes away from the Visitors Center and Bus Stop. 5 stars for this place.

The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and facilities. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style with a wide selection. The food is tasty and there is plenty to choose from. The staff are very helpful.

Amazing stay! We got a free upgrade, and the room was spotless with a breathtaking view of the Petra hills, especially at sunset. The staff was outstanding and very attentive. The hotel offered us a delicious dinner, and the breakfast was generous and filling. 👍👍👍
