I loved this hotel! It was well-located in the Susukino area (about 5 mins walk away) yet in the quieter part of the area so you wouldn’t hear the hustle and bustle of the streets. It was also 2 stops away from JR Sapporo station. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the most important part for me was the clean and huge rooms at a reasonable price. Not to mention they also give out their house made drip coffee!

The location is just GREAT. It's by the most popular Da Tong Park in Sapporo. You can walk underground from Sapporo station to the hotel without any heavy coat even it's snowing outdoor. Spa on the roof facing the park is also great.

Great location, you can easily walk to local attractions and bus stations. Staff are very helpful. Room size is great. Rooms are very clean. Regular cleanup is also provided and amenities can be topped up. Breakfast is amazing and was different the 2 days we were there. Honestly one of the best we’ve stayed at in Japan.

I like the hotel branch. Been staying with them for every trip. Food is great and services are awesome. I requested for a good view of the city, I got the top level corner room which is the best view and I do not hear much noises even though my room is in front of the elevator for wheelchair. I would like to upload video instead of photos but booking.com doesn't allow it. Video is much better to give you an idea of how much space and gap you'll get.
