Simply awesome! Staff were super friendly and helpful, even though they did not use English in other places than reception. Truly is a full service hotel, room is of normal size with is much bigger than most in Osaka and Tokyo. The staff brought our luggages to the room which is super nice. Breakfast is decent and with lots of variety. Onsen is really good and they have massage chairs as well.
