Incredible staff, amazing location, beautiful rooms and structure. Very kind and attentive staff, the onsen was We had an issue when renting a car to go to our next location , and the staff didn't measure efforts to support us. They truly went above and beyond to help us! I would give them a thousand stars if I could! Perfect place to stay in Kyoto!

We had a Japanese breakfast. This is prepared by a local restauarant for the hotel and comes boxed - ideal to take as a packed lunch should you like. The quality was very high. In addition the hotel provides some snacks which can also be taken as breakfast.

We did not have breakfast. The room was perfect for our 3 night stay. Comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, great wifi. The location is in easy walking distance to public transport, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions.
