Unlike competing chains (Toyoko Inn, APA), this one (or at least this location) did not use the super cramped all-in-one bathroom. It also had a chair and table set. So it was very roomy. It felt like a regular 4-star hotel at the price of a 3-star business hotel. The breakfast was also super excellent, using a coupon to an expert italian restaurant (but with great Japanese dishes too) -- lots of selections.

Very trendy and new hotel. Great location, we took a bus from CTS which stopped us 200 metres from hotel (4 min walk in snowy conditions). Hotel is also a 8 minutes walk away from the airport train. Public bath gets quite busy at night but had a great view of the city. Strong WiFi.
