We fell in love with this family-run hotel which made us feel pretty much at home from the very first minute. The ambience, facilities and amenities, management (a highly professional owner's son) and the staff - everything beats one's expectations. Even if some of staff are not fluent in English, they are so enthusiastic in their efforts to help in any way that one feels pretty much at home. The hotel is very conveniently located - far from the downtown;s hustle and bustle, and the staff is always ready to get you there on a very short notice. Needless to say, a welcome fruit platter, along with a personalized hand-written greeting , was a pleasant surprise The hotel's arhcitecture and design are unique and ensure an antmosphere of a gated compound where one feels ptotally safe, and its rectangular shape creates a very nice courtyard dominated by a great and very clean swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds, and the sounds of water running from and in vessels by the pool contributes to the atmpsohere of serenity and tranquility. Our suite was on the first flloor, and it was spacious and very comfortable; two toilets and a double shower only added to its comfort. Wooden floors, partitions, balcony, and presudoantique metal and wooden details on doors and closets added to a unique hue of the room; hot water, AC, Internet- all worked perfectly. We did not use the balcony; however we noticed that it was quite big and a couple of comfortable chairs and a coffee table there are probably perfect for a cup of morning coffee, which is not a problem if you have a small fridge, kettle and a stock of coffee and teabags in the room. Meals are served in an open-space restaurant, which apepared very stylish, and while simple, they were perfectly cooked. A grumpy person could probably note that bread for breakfast was slices too thick but in all earnest it is not a big deal.

The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. Great location. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. We really loved the character of the hotel and the salt water swimmingpool. The restaurant was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful rooms. Near downtown but in a quiet green area. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful colonial hotel. The room is comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. We particularly enjoyed the pool. Every staff is so attentive and professional. I would come back again.

The location and the boat transfer are unique, going out at sunset on the boat shuttle is magical. The room with the balcony overlooking the river is spacious and nice in every detail. Everyone is very helpful.

The most wonderful hotel staff I've ever encountered. An excellent room overlooking the Mekong. The chef even baked me a birthday cake.

I stayed here for 2 nights, and the place is so nice, clean, and cozy, right in front of the river. The bed was so comfortable that it made me want to sleep all the time, and I even missed the morning almsgiving ceremony because it was just too good haha. The location is perfect that you can walk to most places like restaurants, bars, and massage shops. I’d also like to give a shout-out to the hotel staff, Adam. He welcomed me with lots of tips and recommendations since it was my first time traveling here. His friendly and genuinely kind attitude made me enjoy the place even more. I’ll definitely stay here again if I come back, and you should too!
