The villa is beautiful. The rooms, open shared spaces, the furniture and art work are all tastefully down and help to make the villa like a beautiful home. The views from the second floor of the waves in the morning and evening are incredible. However, my favourite part was the pool and the garden. The pool is so refreshing and relaxing especially in the evening. There is a large lawn area with tables for breakfast if you wish and plenty of room to relax outside. The villa is about a 25 minute walk to the main swimming beach area along the busy main road, or you could take a 5 minute tuk tuk. I walked in and out on both days, multiple times and it was totally fine. I loved my stay here and I felt totally relaxed the whole time.

We enjoyed one day in the beautiful place. Villas and the main building are well decorated. Territory is clean and relaxing. Beautiful pool with a great view to the ocean. Rooms are good enough but to get the most of this hotel I would better book the room on the second floor of the main building. Breakfast was nicely served outside, food was good.

The views from the property were absolutely amazing! We could just hang out by the pool in the morning and watch the peacock and monkeys fool around which was a blast. The room was perfect with high ceilings, an abundance of natural sunlight (can shade if you want), and as clean as can be. The host and staff couldn’t have been more kind! They helped arrange rides, provided local dining options, activities to consider…pretty much you name it! The breakfast spread we had in the morning was, without question, the best we had during our trip! We couldn’t have been happier with the little time we were able to have there & we owe it all to the amazing people running it!!! ☺️

Very nice and unique small hotel, quiet and comfortable place for family vacation, excellent and hospitable staff, they can organize absolutely everything by your request! The hotel has own small beach that is very conveniently after overcrowded Unawatuna.
