Kenzi is one of my favourite hotels , I enjoy staying there . Most of the staff are well-mannered, friendly and professional especially Zakaria and Mohcine. A hotel without good staff and service is nothing but a beautiful grave !!!!! I had an incident while I am staying but Zakaria was there to sort it out . Keep up the good work . I am coming back again ! And don't hesitate to book it. It worths every single penny 😀

Great staff! Hamzah, Donia, Aziz and Hamzah were all amazing, friendly and helpful. Also the location is great, almost everything you need is either a walking distance or few minutes away by car. Hotel is very clean and comfortable and eco-friendly as well. Definitely I’m booking here the next time i visit Casablanca.

Hajar, the Guest Relations officer, deserves special recognition for her outstanding hospitality. Her warm smile and genuine care made me feel like a valued guest. Furthermore, the receptionists, Badr and Fatima-Zahra, were incredibly professional and efficient. Their friendly demeanor and helpful attitude made the check-in and check-out processes seamless. The valet parking service was also top-notch, with the staff demonstrating exceptional professionalism and care for our vehicle. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. Loved the staff! they are the 1st impression and only impression..so no matter how beautiful the hotel is, if the staff is not helpful or friendly, it would not be somewhere where I would stay..so yes.. I give them a 10 for their staff ! I took the view of the mosque and my God! what a view ! Breakfast was super nice! Great location, all nearby. the toiletries ..Amazing!
