Everything was perfect. Cleansinest was top-notch. Our apartment had a big terrace with a beautiful view, which was even better than we expected. We fully enjoyed our time there and highly recommend it. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, especially Slavica ❤️

"Not Recommended - Avoid This Hotel Room: The room itself was average, but the bathroom had an unpleasant odor from the drain, which was reported but remained unresolved. Staff: The check-in staff was polite, but check-out was a poor experience. The staff member—a tall lady—was rude and unprofessional. When I asked her to check if my payment had already been processed through Booking.com, she responded by banging on the desk instead of answering politely. This behavior was unacceptable and made for an uncomfortable end to the stay. Location: Great, central city location, but not worth the trouble. Breakfast: Disappointing. The setup was unappealing and lacked essentials, even a coffee machine. It seemed they didn’t care about quality at all. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. For a bit more, you can find a hotel with far better service and amenities."

I savored every bite of the delicious eggs prepared in various forms, each one bursting with flavor. The extensive breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options to cater to every taste, and the quality of the food was exceptional. Moving on to the hotel rooms, I was thoroughly impressed by the exquisite accommodations provided. The rooms were tastefully decorated, combining modern elegance with comfort.
