Wonderful staff with a smile on their faces. Sociable and ready to help with all the necessary information. The room is clean and beautifully decorated. The entire hotel is decorated in an antique style, which I love. The food in the restaurant is excellent. They were ready to organize a transfer for me to the airport. All on time.

The hoel is located in a quiet residential area close to the public garden. A classic hotel with very good services, exceptional breakfast and very attentive and kind staff. We had the most amazing time, the staff was super friendly, ready with recommendations and great great breakfast. Always cheerful and smiling. Rooms are spacious and there are lots of small outside areas to sit and relax in the evenings. The location is great, definitely go to 'The old Charm' and 'Alfred' for great food, pastries and wine. Everything was clean, and gave an air of lots of love having been put into the property.

This hotel is a real discovery for us! We travel quite a lot and are used to the fact that many 3-star hotels often don’t live up to their rating. Here, however, we were very surprised that it’s not a 4-star hotel. The location is right in the center of a lively city, so it can be noisy at night, but that’s not the hotel's fault. The breakfast is excellent, and the room cleaning is absolutely impressive. The lobby is gorgeous, and the reception staff is incredibly friendly. An excellent hotel – highly recommended!
