Perfect location-near ferry port, 6 min walk to Playa Norte and near to all restaurants and bars, while not directly in the busy center. Room has nice balcony with stunning sea and port view, bed was comfortable and all was very clean. We found complimentary water and voucher to free drink in the downstair bar. Outside pool was small but lovely, and nicely cool.

Perfect service at the restaurants, special mention to Rodizio night where the quality has been really high. Personnel is very available and kind everywhere. The room was very comfortable, especially the Jacuzzi on the balcony. The SPA provides the best massages ever. The location is very central and the beach is the best one on the island.

First time at Temptation and what a fabulous experience. It’s a first class resort, with excellent facilities, and the most wonderful service. The hotel is amazing as the staff, the food is really good . I highly recommend this hotel. The bonus is the club kids, my son loved everything there. I also did 2 excursosions ( Chichen itza and Isla Mujeres, and both were perfect, the staff super friendly, all the time asking if we want something to drink, the excursion for chichen itza I loved it, they guys guides have a lot of knowledge.
