It was so cool staying here. They have a school for special needs children in the resort, so it does get a little busy in the morning, and around 3pm but its all in good spirits and they seem to love their school! The rooms were so beautiful and the pool was very nice! I really enjoyed staying here

Harun, the Rasa Wing bellman on night duty from the 08/12/2022 - 10/12/2022, is extremely hospitable, friendly, went above and beyond to make us feel at home and comfortable. Really 5star service, definitely a world of difference in comparison to the Garden Wing service staff... He is the reason we rate our stay as EXCELLENT...And will be the reason we return for a longer period next year. .

It was a great experience staying at DoubleTree. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, with very courteous front desk staff. The breakfast crew was superb — attentive and always keeping an eye on every guest to ensure great service. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The room was spacious and clean, and the kids really enjoyed the kids’ pool. Highly recommended for families, especially parents with young children.
