The hotel was great except that the busy road made it difficult to take a walk. good soundproofing though.

The staff were very kind and attentive, the vibes were immaculate, the view was gorgeous, the price was reasonable for the service, the room was cozy, and the food was amazing. If anything, I love how secluded and calm it is here, it truly is one of the best getaways I've been to. Thank you Bala's Holiday Chalet for hosting, you've been so accommodating and we loved it all. Such a special place to stay! From curling up to the fire place with a good book to walking around in the lovely garden, this hotel really transports you back in time. Breakfast was really good. Loved it!
