Room was fantastic. Bed was very comfortable, and the shower was perfect. Nice big window in the room, too. Hotel is extremely clean and the staff are very professional at all times. The pool was great, too. We went to the Lemon Garden 2go for some breakfast and they had some delicious pastries!

Aloft KL Hotel is a gem. From check-in to check-out, we had a great time. All facilities, including room, Nook restaurant, swimming pool, and lobby kids station, were amazing to spend a family holiday. Staff is also a plus. Everyone was having a smile and always extending help. Buffet breakfast was having a vast variety, including Western, Malaysian, and Indian cuisines. The location is great, connected with NU central mall and Sentral train station providing shopping and connectivity options. Overall experience was five stars.
