I stayed in a club room with a lounge, bathroom with a bath under the window which I actually used and a fantastic shower, and a bedroom with an enormous walk in wardrobe. So luxury plus. All the staff were very friendly, interested in me and kind. I had the pool to myself, fantastic looking out on the green hills, it is like an oasis. I even pampered myself at the spa. I can't comment on location as I was picked up from the airport and didn't leave the resort.

This was one of our best stays ever. The whole staff was absolutely amazing and accomodating. Each time we went to wait for our grab, the employees at the door held open the car door and helped us call the elevator everytime they noticed us entering the building. We felt like kings. Room service was always amazing and never forgot anything. Our room was spacious and the view onto the Petronas Twin Towers and the Taman KLCC was a delight. The bathroom was huge with a separate shower and bath space. Bed was comfy. Even the prices for the minibar were very cheap, but everything in Malaysia is very afforable if you are coming from Europe.

Good location right next to KL Sentral railway station and therefore practical for an early morning train to the airport. In the same building as a shopping centre and plenty of dining places right outside the hotel. It is possible though to find better priced hotels if one doesn’t want to be right next to the station
