However, they provide complementary shuttle upon arrival at airport to hotel. for travel from hotel, you can take Bus 300 from the nearby stop or you can avail their paid shuttle to Schiphol Room: Very good, enough space and all amenities Staff: very friendly and helping In-house restaurant: reasonably priced and good

The staff, breakfast, service and room were impeccable. The hotel location is ideal for discovering Amsterdam very close to the train station and hoofdorp centre. I highly recommend this hotel and will for sure come back. Even there is construction next to the hotel it did not disturb us at all

Truly an amazing experience. We had a party close by and stayed their out of convenience, but what a pleasant surprise. Great rooms, awesome staff, clean, incredible shower. Breakfast served in the room and was plenty.

We loved how clean and cozy the rooms were, as well as how helpful all the staff was during our stay. When we checked in, we opened the door to the balcony/outside area and it partially fell of the hinges. The girl at reception came over, reported everything and video called her manager right away to report the issue. We went out into town and by the time we were back, everything had been fixed without additional costs.

Perfection! I am not a crowds person, I wanted to visit Netherlands, but didn't fancy staying in busy Amesterdam. I was super happy to find Hello I'm Local in Haarlem! Haarlem for me is the perfect-sized city, you can get your way around it easily, it has all the commerce, the local food, it is not overly touristy and you can still feel the genuine local atmosphere! People don't feel the pressure of over tourism and they are happy to help you, talk to you :) The hostel is really easily accessible from the airport (less than an hour between a direct airport-Haarlem centre bus and a short 10-15min walk). Also equally accessible to Amesterdam (15min walk to train station + 35min train journey to AMS Central). My goal with my visit was to go to the Keunkeuhof (15min walk+45min direct bus) Back to the hostel: it is a lovely building nested in the historical area, it has a coffee/restaurant lounge, also seating areas/tables for you to read/eat/work and kitchen facilities for you to use (fully equiped and with fridge access). I would surely pop by the City Beach the Oerkap (short walking distance & great vibe to chill on a sunny sunset!) I stayed in a female-dorm. It was of rare quality! Mattress, pillow and duvet were luxurious for a hostel! The crowd staying at the dorm was super friendly and chatty, it was great stay! The room is well soundproof, the area is really quiet in the evening, so I had a marvellous sleep every night! The beds have super spacious area underneath to put your belongings, you can either bring your locker or request one at reception. The special touch for me is that my bed was done when I arrived (yes, I was not asked to put duvet covers and pillow cases) and there was a lovely reference to which bed was mine with my name (super cute touch, thank you!) The staff was super friendly and helpful! The atmosphere of the place was incredible! Thank you to the team! Really loved it!

This is the coolest, most comfortable travel hotel I've ever stayed at. Everything is digital, from check in to your room lighting controls, but there are always staff around, "ambassadors," to help at any time. And they're all super friendly and positive. The room has a huge, very comfortable king size bed, and even though my room was on the airport side, the sound proofing is so good, it was absolutely silent in there. I didn't get a chance to relax down in the bar / resto area, but it's got an amazing, funky vibe. Wifi was great, everything from arrival to departure went smoothly, it was a spotlessly clean room, and at just a 2 minute walk from the airport, it's beyond convenient. Staying again on the 15th on my way back to BKK. Can't wait to stay there again!

Free transfer from the airport. Reasonably priced airport transfer. Very fast and clear communication for foreigners. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It's a great restaurant.

I stayed at YOTELAIR Amsterdam Schiphol during a 21-hour layover while traveling with my 1-year-old child, and I have to say it was a great experience despite some of the mixed online reviews I had read beforehand. Yes, the price is on the higher side, but it’s worth it for the convenience and comfort it provides. After a long flight, being able to relax in a private and quiet space was a game changer—much better than trying to get some rest on airport chairs, especially with a little one in tow. The compact, cabin-like rooms were surprisingly well-designed and made the most of the space available. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well-maintained. It provided everything we needed for a short stay, including a clean bathroom and even a space to stretch out and play with my child. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The location, right inside the terminal, made it incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with a toddler. If you’re looking for luxury, this may not be the place for you, but if you value practicality, rest, and privacy during a long layover, I would definitely recommend YOTELAIR. I’ll gladly stay here again if I have a similar stopover in the future.

Super convenient for transit. I had three long connecting flights, and staying at this hotel located right inside the terminal (after security) was just perfect. So easy and hassle-free. The staff also do wake up call which is just amazing.
