We stayed in the King room - It was peaceful, quiet with all you needed. Very clean, modern and well maintained. A very helpful booklet to tell you how to use the TV and where you can eat out. Wonderful bathroom with excellent spa bath. Loved the wee bottle of milk. Secure key access.

Friendly staff and exceptionally clean room. Although the building isn't brand new, the kitchen contents and linens looked like they were. Great location: easy stroll or drive to the lake, shops etc and across the road from a cafe, takeaway and Four Square. Nice comfy lounge in the two-bed apartment

Great views of lake Taupo. Comfy big bed. Clean. Outdoor pool heated to 32’ - we stayed on a cold day but this was lovely!

It was central, close to the lake and to the attractions. We loved the spa bath in our room and the thoughtful touches like aromatherapy bath sachet and extra towels.

Absolutely loved it here. the staff were nice, facilities were nice, comfy beds! The room had everything we needed. Easy access to the lake front, absolutely loved the heated pool. Best place I have ever stayed in, 100/10. Will definitely be back, highly recommend!!!
