Our suite was spacious, had a great view and offered all amenities we could ask for. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always very helpful. The gym and pool were nice. The hotel is located in the business area, so it is a bit of a walk to the city centre but we did not mind the walk. The hotel is just around the corner of the Parliament and shops as well as public transport are nearby.

One of the staff members, I didn’t catch her name, but she was short with glasses and darker complexion and shirt black hair. She was SO helpful and kind. Was very grateful for her help.

Thoughtful room layout and design. Beautiful clean spa bath, tv with access to YouTube to watch the tennis.There was also a fully equipped kitchen and a great hair dryer. Most of all, we loved the corner aspect and the water views.
