SwitzerlandEverything was perfect. What we enjoyed the most was the friendliness of the staff. They always greeted us und helped if it was necessary. We would like to mention two persons especially: Rasha on the frond desk. She is such a warmhearted and friendly person. We felt so well with her! And also the man who cleaned our room, Murad. He was always helpful and so friendly. We felt so well in this hotel.
